Based on articles 3, fraction I, 15, and 16 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in the Possession of Individuals (Law or law of matter), “Triple C Consultores S.C.” puts at your disposal the following Privacy Notice. 

“Triple C Consultores S.C.” with address located in Calle Bosques de Ciruelos, Number 186, Interior 1025, Fraccionamiento Bosque de las Lomas, Zip Code 11700, Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México, is responsible for collecting and processing your data, as well as for its protection by the Law of Matter. The personal data you provide us will be used for the following purposes: 1. Provide commercial information about our services; 2. Manage the signed contracts; 3. Check and confirm your identity. 4. Inform you about changes or new services that are related to those contracted; 5. Fulfilling contracted obligations. 

For the purposes indicated in this Privacy Notice, we can collect your data in three ways: 

1. When you provide them directly to us

2. When you visit our website

3. When we obtain information through other sources provided in the Law of matter. 

We collect your data directly when you provide it by accessing our online contact form or when you provide it voluntarily via electronic mail, through official documents or formats that contain it physically. The data we obtain through these means are name, email address, profession, address, nationality, age, sex, marital status, contact details, tax and billing data.  

We inform you that on our website we use cookies and other technological tools through which we collect information about your visit, and with this we can improve our services, provide a better service and enrich your experience as a portal user. The personal data we obtain from these tracking technologies is the IP during the period necessary to fulfill the purposes. This information is not shared with other managers of personal data protection systems.  

We protect the security and integrity of the personal data and IP we collect by implementing physical, electronic and administrative procedures to safeguard and protect the information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction; However, due to the inherent nature of the Internet as an open global communication tool, we cannot guarantee that any information, while it is stored in our data systems, is safe from the intrusion of others, including hackers. We can obtain information from other sources of information permitted by law: telephone or job directories. From which we can obtain the name, address, and contact data such as email. We inform you that, to fulfill the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, we do not collect sensitive personal data.

You have the right at all times to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Oppose the processing of personal data, as well as revoke the consent you have given us for this purpose. These rights are known as ARCO rights. To be able to exercise them, you must submit a letter in free format to the following email address: info@asuntospublicos.net. The request must contain: • Full name of the owner of the personal data; • Address; • Email Address or means by which you wish to be notified of the response to the request in no more than ten labor days; • Include a document that proves your identity (INE, valid passport or driver’s license) • Include a clear and precise description of the personal data by which you will exercise ARCO rights. • Preferably, attach any document or element that facilitates the location of the personal data in question. Code of Ethics 

The code of ethics of “Despacho de Asuntos Públicos (DAP)” is attached to the SA8000:2014 standard, principles of the Global Compact of the United Nations, ETI code, GRI and FCI standards. At DAP we understand ethics as a commitment to human and labor rights. We comply with the principles of transparency, accountability and the fight against corruption in all our operations and relationships. In our code of ethics, we establish our way of operating aligned with the purpose of our company, it is applicable to all its collaborators, suppliers, and commercial partners.

Culture of legality and transparency. 

At DAP, we promote legality and transparency in our operations (administrative, human capital, fiscal, and accounting practices) and fair competition.

Freedom of association. 

At DAP, we respect the right of association and avoid activities of political or religious proselytism. 

Discrimination prohibition. 

At DAP, we reject discrimination based on race, religion, age, nationality, social or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, gender, political opinion or disability. 

Remuneration and working hours. 

At DAP, we comply with the laws and provisions on wages and working hours, such as minimum wage, overtime, maximum working hours, and public holidays. 

Health, safety, and work environment. 

At DAP, we have a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with the applicable laws and provisions. We comply with the standards that include drinking water, sanitary facilities, fire protection, lighting, and ventilation. Likewise, we are responsible for complying with safety and hygiene standards through regulations and measures to prevent accidents or potential damage to the health of employees. Every employee has the right to move away from a serious and imminent danger and to promote conditions to improve safety in their work environment. 

Prohibition of child labor. 

At DAP, the minimum working age is 18 years. 

Forced Labor prohibition and mandatory disciplinary measures
