His academic background, combined with a solid track record in both the public and private sectors, has enabled him to specialize in public affairs, government relations, and public policy analysis.

Throughout his career, he has held various positions in the Executive and Legislative branches, as well as in the business sector across different industries. This experience allowed him to identify the challenges companies face in establishing effective and structured communication with current governments.

In response to this need, in 2018 he founded DAP – Despacho de Asuntos Públicos – with the purpose of advising, connecting, and strategically influencing the formulation and implementation of public policies at both local and federal levels.

Currently, through DAP, he provides public affairs advisory services to leading national and international companies in sectors such as energy, construction, mobility, water, gaming and lotteries, consumer goods, and healthcare, among others. His comprehensive approach enables organizations to successfully navigate the regulatory and governmental landscape, strengthen their market position, and ensure effective dialogue with public institutions.

He holds a Law degree from the Escuela Libre de Derecho and a Master’s degree in Government and Public Policy from Universidad Panamericana, Santa Fe campus.

He has served as a legislative advisor in various legislatures, specializing in the Justice, Public Security, Governance, and Bicameral National Security Commissions.

In addition, he has combined his legislative experience with legal coordination and electoral law advisory during municipal and state campaigns, enabling him to build significant political capital across different states of the Republic.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Business Strategy from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM).

His professional experience has been developed primarily in the private sector, where he has engaged in lobbying from a business perspective—working within organizations seeking to address challenges and establish effective dialogue with municipal, state, and federal governments.

This experience has enabled him to identify and apply best practices in areas such as work methodologies, codes of ethics and conduct, as well as conflict resolution.

He has collaborated with leading companies such as Axtel and FENOSA. He currently combines his work as a consultant with the operational management of the Public Affairs Office.

A retired Division General and General Staff Diploma graduate, he has an outstanding 45-year career in the Mexican Army. A graduate of the Heroic Military College as a Cavalry Officer, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Military Administration and a Ph.D. in Defense and National Security. He also holds a Master’s degree in Security and National Defense, along with specialized training in Armor, Strategy, and Cybersecurity from prestigious institutions in the United States and Canada.

Throughout his career, he has held key positions such as Chief of the Fifth Section of the General Staff, Armored Brigade Commander, Director of the Military Armor School, and Commander of the 11th Military Zone in Zacatecas. He also represented Mexico in the embassies of the United States and South Korea, serving in prominent roles within the Inter-American Defense Board.

At DAP, his exceptional expertise in security provides clients with high-level strategic guidance in risk management and operational safety. His deep understanding of national security matters and proven ability to manage high-risk operations enhance the firm’s ability to address complex security challenges and safeguard client interests.

Since 2024, she has been a partner at the Public Affairs Office, where she brings her expertise in communication, management, and social engagement. Her comprehensive background and human sensitivity position her as a key asset in client relations and in the implementation of strategies focused on public affairs.

He holds a Law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).

Since 2019, he served as a legal advisor in the Senate of the Republic, where he contributed to the drafting of legislative initiatives, the review of legislative reports, and the negotiation of key reforms during the LXIV and LXV Legislatures, with a focus on administrative and constitutional matters.

He joined the Public Affairs Office (DAP) in 2020, maintaining direct engagement with companies and private sector organizations to ensure their activities are not adversely affected by legal reforms or government decisions. Since 2023, he has led the Legislative Affairs Coordination of the firm.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Universidad Anáhuac and has over ten years of experience working with leading companies across various sectors, as well as with global executive search firms.

She currently leads the Public Relations and Business Development area at the Public Affairs Office, playing a key role in building and maintaining relationships with companies in Mexico.

She coordinates in-person and virtual meetings between the firm’s partners and public and corporate affairs executives, promoting the firm’s services and expertise. She holds a Law degree from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM) and two Master’s degrees: one in Public Management from CIDE and another in Constitutional Law from the Center for Political and Constitutional Studies (CEPC) in Madrid, Spain.

She has built a distinguished career in the judicial and legislative arenas, holding strategic positions at the Federal Judiciary Council, the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, and the Electoral Tribunal of the Federal Judiciary. In the legislative sphere, she has served as an advisor in the Senate of the Republic, focusing on the Justice and National Defense Commissions. She has also worked as a technical advisor in state campaigns and in strategic projects for municipal public administration.

She currently plays a key role at the Public Affairs Office as head of legislative and political content development. Her expertise and specialized knowledge strengthen the firm’s communication strategies and enhance the quality of content in an increasingly demanding political environment.

He holds a Law degree from the University of Guadalajara and a Master’s degree in Law. He has also completed studies in Public Policy and Political Humanism at Universidad Miguel de Cervantes in Santiago, Chile.

In public administration, he served as Secretary of Tourism and Secretary of Social Development for the state of Aguascalientes, gaining in-depth knowledge of state-level governance from the executive branch.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes. She is distinguished by her passion, meticulous approach, and ability to merge creativity and professionalism in every project she undertakes.

Since 2024, she has been part of the Public Affairs Office, where she brings visual coherence and conceptual excellence to communication materials. Her expertise focuses on corporate identity design and the creation of clear, effective visual information. Her work goes beyond aesthetics, strengthening strategic messages through design.

He holds a Law degree from Universidad Panamericana, Bonaterra campus.

He has held various positions in public administration, working in institutions such as the Federal Electoral Institute (IFE), the National Electoral Institute (INE), and the National Institute for Entrepreneurs (INADEM). He also has experience in the private sector, where he has served as Director of Project Management and Monitoring, as well as in the evaluation and analysis of new initiatives.

He possesses extensive knowledge of the operation of state trust funds, particularly in the area of economic development in the state of Aguascalientes.

Since 2023, he has been part of the Public Affairs Office, where he coordinates the Liaison area, contributing his expertise in fostering connections between the public and private sectors.

He began his professional career as an Enforcement Officer in the Administrative Enforcement Procedures of the National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute (Infonavit). He later joined the Specialized Unit for Combating Small-Scale Drug Trafficking at the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Aguascalientes.

He has experience in state public administration, particularly in the implementation of public trust funds related to the economic sector, where he had direct engagement with the needs and challenges of the business community in matters of growth and sustainability.

He currently serves as Project Coordinator at the Public Affairs Office, where he contributes to the design and implementation of institutional liaison strategies, regulatory analysis, and the strengthening of relationships with key stakeholders in both the public and private sectors, helping to develop effective solutions to political, economic, and social challenges.
